Our Commitment
We're committed to making sure you get real value from our coaching. Because our program involves instant access to digital resources, private communities, and time-sensitive training, refunds are limited as described below.
When Sales Become Final
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you have not yet booked your first 1:1 coaching call. Once you book your first 1:1 coaching call — or once 7 days have passed, whichever comes first — all sales are final and non-refundable, except as described under "Exceptions" below or where a refund is required by applicable law.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with instant access to materials, lead data, software, and community, and that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.
Exceptions
Even after a sale becomes final, we'll still take care of you in these situations:
- Technical access issues. If you can't access the Discord, training materials, software, or lead data, contact us and we'll work to fix it. If the issue can't be resolved within 3 business days, we'll issue a full refund.
- Duplicate charges. If you're accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, we'll refund the duplicate charge.
- Billing errors. If you believe you were charged in error or without authorization, contact us promptly and we'll review and correct any verified error.
Coaching Call Scheduling
You can reschedule a booked 1:1 coaching call at no cost with reasonable notice. However, if you miss (no-show) a scheduled 1:1 call three times, a $50 rebooking fee will apply to schedule any additional calls.

We want you to be confident before you join. If you have questions about what's included, how the coaching works, or whether the Program is a fit for you, please reach out before purchasing:

Earnings and Results
Joining the Program is not a guarantee of any income, profit, or specific result. Your outcome depends on your own effort, consistency, market, and many other factors. A lack of results is not grounds for a refund. Please see our Terms of Service for our full earnings disclaimer.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your access to the Program.
Installment / Pay-Over-Time Purchases
If you paid using an installment or pay-over-time option offered at checkout, that financing is provided by a third party and is subject to that provider's own terms. This Refund Policy still applies to the underlying purchase of the Program.
